Cancellation policies

Cancellation must be made in written and received by the company at leat 04 days before guest arrival. Otherwise full charge will be applied.

Foreign currency are given as guidance only, the currency confirmed at reservation is guaranteed and the client will be liable for any conversion fees.
5% service charge and 10% government taxes will be added in the prices when settle the payment.
Cruise is not responsible for the timely transfer of passengers. In the event of late arrival, the cruise is not obliged to delay departure. A speed boat or tender service can be arranged at an extra charge to guest. The speed boat or tender service is subject to availability.
